Light is a physical substance.
And it's made up of many substances, or degrees of light.
And we are just scientifically figuring that out too.
A race of light beings is just as different from another race of light beings as any other races are.
They can send a light down from their craft, right through the roof and floors of your house to you, and it can pick you up and take you to their ship.
The light is physical, as a technology. It can be manipulated.
The light rearranges the molecules of objects to move you through them.
The light feels solid, kind of like firm water.
It envelops you and picks you up.
It's strong, you can't escape it, you can't fall out.
